Autumn Recovery
2026

Eighteen emails. Two offers. One question: does a £29 taster or a £149 six-week reset sell better to the same audience?

Two matched halves of a two thousand person list, nine emails each over three weeks. Same photographs, same send times, same argument. The only thing that changes is the offer, which is what makes the answer worth having.

Built and ready in HighLevel. Both workflows are drafts with no trigger, so nothing sends until you say so.

The three week argument

Both tracks follow the same shape.

Week one · RecognitionName the situation. No pressure, no urgency. Get the reader nodding.
Week two · The performance caseMake the argument. Recovery as part of performance, not a treat.
Week three · DecisionAsk for the booking. The deadline does the work in email nine.

The schedule

Three a week, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, at nine different times between 07:15 and 18:45.

Why both tracks use the same photograph at each position

This is a test of the offer. If the pictures differed too, a difference in results could not be put down to the price, and the exercise would tell you nothing.

The two lists

How two thousand people were divided, and why.

Your instruction was to split evenly but put everyone from Acuity into the £149 emails. There is no Acuity field on the HighLevel contacts, so that resolves to the people whose record shows they have actually used the club: tagged as a wellness client, or having booked or attended a session. That is 282 people, and every one of them is in Offer B.

Offer A · £29 taster1,000No Acuity people, by design
Offer B · £149 reset1,000All 282 Acuity people, plus 718 topped up
One honest caveat

Forcing the Acuity people into Offer B tilts it. That half holds everyone who has already tried a session, so expect B to convert better partly for that reason alone. It is still the right commercial call, because people who have felt the sauna and ice are the ones most likely to buy twelve of them. Read the result as "which offer suits which audience", not as a clean test of price.

Before it can send

Three things, and the campaign is live.

  1. Check the two booking links

They now point at societywellnessclub.co.uk/book-now/ with a per-offer parameter, so clicks are attributable. If you have separate pages for the £29 taster and the £149 reset, put them in the custom values autumn_taster_url and autumn_reset_url and all eighteen emails follow.

  2. Get email authentication in place

societyuk.co.uk currently has no SPF, no DKIM and no DMARC record. A two thousand person send from an unauthenticated domain will land in spam and will damage the domain for future sends. This one is genuinely blocking.

  3. Confirm the £29 offer

Every Offer A email says three sessions for £29 as a one-off taster, which is what your brief says. If it is £29 a month, the nine Offer A emails need their offer lines rewritten, because that changes the pitch from "try it" to "join".
